TMZ is reporting that actor Tom Sizemore was arrested again today – this time for having an outstanding narcotics warrant out of Bakersfield, California.

Law enforcement sources say there was a call for a possible domestic violence disturbance in Hollywood at around 12:30 this morning. When cops showed up, Sizemore happened to be in the area and police discovered the warrant. He was arrested and booked. A friend of his was also arrested for being in possession of narcotics.

Chances this guy is on the wagon?

When’s the last time we heard any positive news about actor Tom Sizemore? Seriously. I can’t think of it.

Attorney Gabriel Castellanos is suing Sizemore for not paying $74,000 in legal fees. Castellanos alleges that Sizemore hired him in January 2005 and later fired him in September 2006 and that the actor never intended to pay the fees to begin with.

The lawsuit is pending in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Sizemore, of course, is no stranger to the courthouse. He has been charged in the past with domestic abuse and with drug charges. He completed probation in January on his most recent drug bust. And just a few weeks ago, the actor was accused of stealing cell phones and office supplies from a Los Angeles Verizon Wireless store.

Dude. He has a problem. And I’m thinking he might be perfect for Dr. Drew and Celebrity Rehab…
