Graziano was left with serious brain injury in 2007 when Nick Hogan/Nick Bollea, Linda’s son with former wrestler Hulk Hogan (real name: Terry Bollea), crashed his sports car while drag racing on a Florida street.

Graziano, a former U.S. Marine, was Nick’s passenger at the time of the crash. His family has sued Nick Bollea and both parents for negligence. The trial is currently scheduled for September. The Graziano family’s attorney has indicated that it is unlikely that either Nick or Hulk will settle before trial.

The terms of the settlement with Linda are confidential.
