Estella Warren – who is apparently an actress and Maxim model? – now faces four misdemeanor charges for her off-the-wall behavior in L.A. last month. Warren was charged Thursday with DUI, hit-and-run, battery on a police officer and resisting a police officer. She also allegedly refused to submit to a chemical test the night she was arrested.

On the night of the incident, a rep for the L.A. Sheriff’s Department told the media, “She was uncooperative and demanding,” adding that she broke out of her handcuffs and attempted to flee the police station.

If convicted, she faces a maximum of six months in jail.

She was previously convicted of DUI in 2007.

Model (and Dancing with the Stars alum) Joanna Krupa is suing fashion company Zoe NYC for more than a quarter million dollars.

Krupa says she signed a deal with the company back in 2009. She was paid $1,500 for a photo shoot and claims that she gave the company the right to use her image to sell its jewelry, embroidery, stones and swimwear for three months.

In the lawsuit, filed by attorney Stephanie Ovadia in New York City, Krupa claims Zoe continues to use her image into 2011 and argues that she should be compensated for the many months of additional use that she was not compensated for.

Quite an anniversary. Adrianne Curry and Christopher Knight announced their split on the five-year anniversary of their wedding. You remember. The wedding that was on their reality TV show, My Fair Brady? The wedding that seemed to be preceded by and then followed up by constant fighting?

Curry, winner of the first cycle of America’s Next Top Model, and Knight, Peter Brady from The Brady Bunch, met while starring on VH-1′s series, The Surreal Life. They followed that up with My Fair Brady, which chronicled their courtship, engagement, wedding and early married life.

Their manager released a statement which read, in part, “After starting a relationship with what seemed to be irreconcilable differences, the couple has reached a period where those differences are no longer appreciated. The decision was mutually reached after it became clear to both that some perspective was needed in order to assess their unique union. Not unlike all marriages, work must be put in.

“Obvious to both Knight and Curry was that their marriage would require more effort then a garden-variety relationship. They are taking time to see if they want to continue to put in that extraordinary effort. The couple has mutually determined that they are at a place where moving forward will require a step back. They still love one another but need some distance to consider their future.

“Both Knight and Curry decided to release this joint announcement today in order to preempt any potential rumors and gossip and ask that their fans and the media respect their privacy during this delicate period.”

Will be interesting to see how this progresses, as Knight, in all likelihood, has substantial pre-marital assets to protect in a divorce.

Beverly Johnson, the first African American woman ever to grace the cover of Vogue magazine, has sued by an ex-boyfriend for defamation of character and infliction of emotional distress. Mark Anthony Burk’s allegations are actually in response to a suit filed against him by Johnson. Johnson claims that Burk threatened to kill her and her pets.

Burk claims that those allegations tarnished his character and impacted his career as a professional golf player. He wants $5,000,000 plus his legal fees.

Johnson previously dated Sex and the City star Chris Noth, whom she also accused of abuse.

Shauna Sand asked for and got a restraining order this week against her estranged husband Romain Chavent. Sand was previously a Playboy Playmate and wife of Lorenzo Lamas, in case you’re trying to figure out who the heck she is.

Chavent is now prohibited from being within 100 yards of Shauna. In her application for the protection order, Sand claimed that Chavent “bit my lips as hard as he could, holding me down for 10 seconds, causing severe bleeding and cuts to my lips. He then spit the blood and skin back at me.” She also claimed that he held her on the bed, “suffocating me with his hands over my nose and mouth for 20 minutes” and threatened to throw her off the 9th floor balcony.
