The couple has been married for 12 years and has 3 children together. (Deion has two other children from his first marriage.)

Deion, of course, is a former NFL star and current television personality. Pilar appears on the VH1 “reality” show Football Wives.

TMZ is now reporting that the Sanders have a prenuptial agreement – which is good for Deion. Except TMZ says there’s a provision in his prenup that states that he will buy Pilar a house if they split – and that the new house will be equal to half the value of whatever their current home is.

According to various online estimates, the Sanders home in Prosper, TX weighs in at anywhere betweeen 30,000 and 50,000 square feet. It reportedly has 10 bedrooms, 9 full baths (and 4 half baths) and is valued at $21 million. Holy crap.

TMZ says Pilar has been house hunting since Thanksgiving, looking for a home in the $9-12 million range. Not too shabby…

Bonds was also sentenced to two years probation. Bonds was found guilty of felony obstruction of justice after a jury found he lied during a 2003 federal investigation into the alleged steroid use. The jury deadlocked on three other charges against him.

The former couple was married for 10+ years, getting hitched back in April 2001 when Mrs. Bryant was all of 18 (and Kobe was 22). They’ve apparently worked everything out privately. Kobe’s response was filed just minutes after Vanessa’s petition.

According to the legal docs, Vanessa and Kobe will share joint custody of their 2 daughters — 8-year-old Natalia and 5-year-old Gianna. No big shock, Vanessa appears to have primary physical custody of the kids with Kobe receiving visitation.

The big news is that there was apparently no prenuptial agreement. Soooo, Vanessa gets half. Wowza. Half of everything Kobe made over the last ten and a half years. And she’ll get spousal support.

Vanessa is represented by Laura Wasser and Samantha Klein. Kobe’s lawyers are Scott Weston and Joel Schwartz. Attorneys for both sides have substantial experience in the celebrity divorce arena.

Word on the street is that Vanessa got fed up with Kobe’s infidelity. Apparently the goodwill he bought with that $4 million ring back in 2003 ran out…

According to the police report, Grace was pulled over in his 2009 Jaguar because he was weaving in and out of his lane around 1 AM on May 30. After he was pulled over, Grace admitted to “having a few drinks”.

According to the report, Grace said he had consumed two glasses of Macallan scotch earlier that evening. He said he had finished one of them “5 minutes before the stop.”

The report says that Grace had “bloodshot and watery eyes” and did not have his wallet or ID with him. Grace was asked to perform several field sobriety tests and was then arrested.

He was taken to a nearby command post, where they apparently drew blood to measure his blood alcohol level. No results are yet available.

Grace was booked on DUI with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more, DUI impaired to the slightest degree, improper right turn, driver’s license not in possession and failure to carry registration in vehicle charges.

Bosh and his ex-girlfriend, Allison Mathis, are engaged in an on-going custody battle but have a temporary custody order pending resolution of the case. Pursuant to the temporary order, they share custody of the little girl.

Bosh’s motion asks the court to modify its temporary order so “[Bosh's daughter] is able to share in what, to date, is the pinnacle of Bosh’s professional career, and possibly a once in a lifetime opportunity.” Attached to his motion, Bosh included an email he had previously sent to Mathis, stating, “If we can make this happen please respond asap and I will set up the arrangements for pick up/drop off without you even having to lift a finger.”

According to his motion, Mathis never responded. She reportedly is not willing to consent to any modification. Bosh is reportedly supposed to get custody of his daughter again on June 11 under the terms of the existing order. Game 6 of the NBA Finals will be played on June 12.

County District Attorney alleges that Dykstra committed 23 felonies and 2 misdemeanors. Allegedly, police found cocaine, Ecstasy, as well as Somatropin (a synthetic human growth hormone) in the ballplayer’s home while executing a search warrant on April 14. That search was related to an investigation into embezzlement and bankruptcy fraud allegations. He was ultimately indicted on a federal bankruptcy fraud charge related to that investigation.

Dykstra’s accountant and a friend were also charged. If found guilty of the new charges, Dykstra faces up to 12 years in the California pen.

Dykstra has had legal and financial difficulties on several occasions since his retirement from Major League Baseball. Take a peek at his Wikipedia page for a decent rundown of his issues. (And all of this is separate from the fact that he is apparently great friends with Charlie Sheen…)

He alleges NASCAR officials labeled him “the poster boy for the Ku Klux Klan” … even though he’s part Puerto Rican.

According to a federal lawsuit filed by Rodriguez in Pennsylvania, he says he was accepted into the elite Drive for Diversity program back in 2005 — a program designed to “provide opportunities for female and minority drivers.”

But when he showed up to the combine, NASCAR made him feel “unwelcome” because he has fair skin and light blue eyes.

During the combine, Rodriguez claims he suffered a head injury 20 minutes before his first race but was cleared by doctors. He says he still wasn’t allowed to drive and then he allegedly heard race officials comparing him to members of the KKK.

The next year, Rodriguez claims he once again applied for the D for D event but he says that, during the selection meeting, his photo was placed on an overhead projector and an official said “he is the poster boy for the Ku Klux Klan and we can’t have him at the combine.” Rodriguez says he wasn’t accepted into the combine that year or in 2007.

He’s suing NASCAR and a marketing company for an undisclosed amount.

Sparks. But then he got fired and engaged the team in a legal battle back in 2007.

Now, he finds himself involved in a new legal matter, a lawsuit filed by the lawyers who represented him back in ’07. The Russ August & Kabat law firm claims Joe Bryant never paid them the $76,520.78 he owes for the work they did in the Sparks case.

The law firm is suing for the balance due plus interest. Pocket change to Kobe, apparently an issue for his dad though.
