Estella Warren – who is apparently an actress and Maxim model? – now faces four misdemeanor charges for her off-the-wall behavior in L.A. last month. Warren was charged Thursday with DUI, hit-and-run, battery on a police officer and resisting a police officer. She also allegedly refused to submit to a chemical test the night she was arrested.

On the night of the incident, a rep for the L.A. Sheriff’s Department told the media, “She was uncooperative and demanding,” adding that she broke out of her handcuffs and attempted to flee the police station.

If convicted, she faces a maximum of six months in jail.

She was previously convicted of DUI in 2007.

Kelsey Grammer filed documents with a California court this week, seeking custody of his two children with estranged wife, Camille Grammer. The documents indicated that a child custody expert is evaluating Kelsey, Camille and both kids. The evaluator will then submit his or her report to the court with a recommendation regarding custody.

Kelsey wants a trial upon submission of that evaluation because settlement discussions between he and Camille have apparently broken down.

Kelsey and Camille separated last year, upon the news that Kelsey had started a relationship with a British airline attendant while in New York City for work. Camille was still in Los Angeles, filming The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

The couple divorced earlier this year (and Kelsey immediately married his new girlfriend) in a bifurcated proceeding but reserved custody and financial issues for later determination by the court.

Camille Grammer claims that Kelsey wants to split the children up, taking six-year-old son, Jude, with him and leaving nine-year-old daughter, Mason, with Camille.

Kelsey and his attorneys deny that. TMZ.com obtained a letter from Kelsey’s camp to Camille’s which seems to confirm Camille’s assertion though.

The letter provided to TMZ is dated April 29, 2011 and states “Kelsey proposes … Kelsey shall have primary physical custody of Jude and Camille shall have primary physical custody of Mason.” The letter says Kelsey wants to enroll 6-year-old Jude in a Chicago school.

Camille is represented by LA divorce lawyer Neal Hersh. Kelsey is repped by Robert Kaufman.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have worked out another new custody agreement for their two-year-old twin sons, Bob and Max.

Brooke’s lawyer, Lori Howe, and Charlie’s attorney, Mark Gross, told the family court judge today that the parties reached an agreement.

The agreement apparently continues joint legal and physical custody of the boys. Brooke, however, will get more parenting time than Charlie.

About two months ago, Brooke and Charlie agreed that Charlie would have visitation every other weekend from Saturday morning until Sunday evening through early June. The April agreement then provided that Charlie would have parenting time with the boys every other weekend from Saturday morning through Monday morning for the following two months. And, if that time period was completed successfully (without drug, alcohol, or other incidents) and if he remained drug-and-alcohol free, Charlie would have the twins every other weekend Saturday through Monday morning, plus Wednesday morning through Thursday morning.

Charlie went to court shortly thereafter to seek sole custody of the boys after Brooke suffered a relapse in her drug addiction. The court declined to change the agreement and the kids were being cared for by Brooke’s parents.

No word as to whether this new agreement is merely an extension of the previous agreement (i.e., the next step in the ramp-up process) or an entirely new schedule.

Actor Mark Paul-Gosselaar and his wife of 15 years Lisa Ann Russell finalized their divorce last week.

Gosselaar, who gained fame as Zach Morris in the Saturday morning series Saved by the Bell in the ’90s married Russell in 1996. They split almost a year ago, in June 2010.

They have two kids – Ava, 5 and Michael, 7. According to TMZ.com, Gosselaar and Russell reached a private, settlement agreement regarding division of property, child custody, child support and spousal support.

Russell apparently now dates Survivor host Jeff Probst.

Quite an anniversary. Adrianne Curry and Christopher Knight announced their split on the five-year anniversary of their wedding. You remember. The wedding that was on their reality TV show, My Fair Brady? The wedding that seemed to be preceded by and then followed up by constant fighting?

Curry, winner of the first cycle of America’s Next Top Model, and Knight, Peter Brady from The Brady Bunch, met while starring on VH-1′s series, The Surreal Life. They followed that up with My Fair Brady, which chronicled their courtship, engagement, wedding and early married life.

Their manager released a statement which read, in part, “After starting a relationship with what seemed to be irreconcilable differences, the couple has reached a period where those differences are no longer appreciated. The decision was mutually reached after it became clear to both that some perspective was needed in order to assess their unique union. Not unlike all marriages, work must be put in.

“Obvious to both Knight and Curry was that their marriage would require more effort then a garden-variety relationship. They are taking time to see if they want to continue to put in that extraordinary effort. The couple has mutually determined that they are at a place where moving forward will require a step back. They still love one another but need some distance to consider their future.

“Both Knight and Curry decided to release this joint announcement today in order to preempt any potential rumors and gossip and ask that their fans and the media respect their privacy during this delicate period.”

Will be interesting to see how this progresses, as Knight, in all likelihood, has substantial pre-marital assets to protect in a divorce.

The estate of the late Farrah Fawcett is suing Craig Nevius, the man who produced the documentary, “Farrah’s Story”. Estate lawyers claim that Nevius sold Farrah out to the paparazzi and embezzled hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, claims that Fawcett hired Nevius and gave him special access to personal information and film footage. But the result was, what estate lawyers describe as “amateurish and sensationalized, and looked like tabloid journalism, which was not at all what Ms. Fawcett wanted.”

The lawsuit claims that, upon hearing of Farrah’s criticism of the film, Nevius sought out “misplaced revenge” by intentionally revealing private, personal information about Fawcett, giving out footage without her consent and embezzling funds from a trust set up to manage the film.

No response yet from Nevius.

Comedian Andy Dick was arrested again this morning in West Virginia. He faces two felony counts of sexual abuse.

Dick was in Huntington, WV performing at the Funny Bone comedy club. The criminal complaint says Dick was talking to a man when he “unexpectedly and without invitation grabbed the victim’s crotch, repeatedly groping then kissing him.”

A press release from the Huntington Police Department says: “Based upon statements of two victims and independent witness accounts alleging that he had engaged in unwanted and uninvited groping of the two victims’ genital areas, Andrew R. Dick (AKA Andy Dick) of South Pasadena, Calif., was arrested and charged with two counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree.”

He is currently in custody at the Western Regional Jail. He is due to be arraigned sometime today.

Dick is currently on probation over similar incident a few years ago. He ultimately pleaded guilty to battery in that case. He appeared last year on VH1′s reality show Sober House, a spin-off of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, which followed Dick and other housemates as they tried to navigate life in Hollywood after rehab.

Seems like there’s been a relapse…

Actress Victoria Principal has settled a lawsuit with her former maid. The maid, Maribel Banegas, issued a formal letter of apology to Principal. Banegas claimed her boss flew into a rage at her Malibu home, fired the maid and then pointed a gun at her and threatened to kill her.

Principal counterclaimed against Banegas, claiming the maid was crazy, slamming doors, hurting her dog and demanding money. Victoria says she pulled the gun and cocked it out of fear.

In the letter of apology, Banegas says, “I can now understand why you felt that I was threatening to you, which, in turn, led you to defend yourself.” She went on, apologizing for “any unintentional injury to your little dog, Mei-ling.”

The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

Linda Hogan (real name: Linda Bollea) settled with the family of John Graziano to resolve their negligence lawsuit against her. Graziano was left with serious brain injury in 2007 when Nick Hogan/Nick Bollea, Linda’s son with former wrestler Hulk Hogan (real name: Terry Bollea), crashed his sports car while drag racing on a Florida street.

Graziano, a former U.S. Marine, was Nick’s passenger at the time of the crash. His family has sued Nick Bollea and both parents for negligence. The trial is currently scheduled for September. The Graziano family’s attorney has indicated that it is unlikely that either Nick or Hulk will settle before trial.

The terms of the settlement with Linda are confidential.

Arrest warrants for battery and false imprisonment were issued last month for comedian Katt Williams in Fulton County, GA, stemming from an alleged incident at the Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta on November 12.

According to the police report, Merion Powers claims Katt invited him to the hotel to discuss a debt. Power then allegedly believed that the situation was going to go badly so he pressed the record button on his cell phone and taped the altercation.

According to the report, “Mr. Williams was on audio recording stating that he did physically strike Mr. Power’s once in the nose” and that Powers’ nose “did show signs of swelling.” Katt was never arrested — but warrants were finally issued on December 28. (It is not necessarily unusual for a prosecutor’s office to take some time to review available evidence – or even ask for additional investigation by law enforcement – before filing charges.

A source connected to Katt claims Powers was attempting to extort the comedian over a musical recording made by Williams, and when Williams told Powers to forget about getting paid, an associate of Powers called hotel security which called police.
