Pamela Bach Charged with DUI, Ordered to Wear SCRAM Bracelet

in Actors & Actresses

Pamela Bach, David Hasselhoff’s ex, has been ordered by a California court to wear a SCRAM device — an anklet that constantly tests the skin for the presence of alcohol — as a condition of her release after being arrested and charged with DUI late last year. The November incident was the second time Bach was charged with DUI in 2009.

Bach is scheduled to be arraigned on these newest charges tomorrow. If she is found guilty, she could be sentenced as a repeat DUI offender. And face some substantial jail time. My money’s on probation and court-ordered treatment. We’ll see.

Any bets on whether she’ll end up on the next cast of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew?
