NFL Hall of Famer Bruce Smith was arrested on DUI charges in Virginia Beach last week. He was stopped for speeding at almost two in the morning.
Smith refused a breathalyzer test, was ultimately arrested for DUI and then released a few hours later after posting bond. He has been arrested for DUI twice before but never convicted.
