Hottie actor Gerard Butler was charged yesterday with misdemeanor criminal battery for an altercation with a paparazzi back in October. Butler allegedly punched the photographer in the mouth three or four times after a movie premier and party.
Butler’s people say the photographer stalked Butler and chased people through the streets, almost killing a pedestrian.
The charge is pending in L.A. city court. If convicted, Butler could face up to 6 months in jail.
I’m guessing no jail will happen. Butler hired big gun celeb defense attorney, Blair Berk.
