Jon Eardley, the kinda wacky lawyer who claims he once represented Britney Spears, is appealing a three-year restraining order the singer obtained against him. He also objects to the request that he be liable for Brit’s attorney’s fees in the case.
A hearing has been set for May 29th to determine if Eardley or Sam Lutfi will be ordered to pay her legal team’s bills.
