Sycamore Hills Community Association – a homeowners’ association – filed suit in small claims court against former child actress Jodie Sweetin late last month for a total of $1,185 in dues, late charges and fees related to her Corona, California home.
Sweetin’s spokesperson says she no longer lives in the house and the late charges are the responsibility of her estranged husband Cody Herpin.
“Jodie moved out of this house six months ago and has been living with her mother ever since. He was supposed to pay all the bills on the house, and he was supposed to get a job, but it looks like he isn’t doing either of these things,” the rep said of Herpin.
The couple split in November 2008. They are fighting over custody and visitation over their one-year-old daughter, Zoie.
