Liza Marquez, the ex-girlfriend and mother of CSI: Miami star David Caruso’s sons, has now named the couple’s former nanny, Maria Vianey Guadron as an additional defendant in the civil lawsuit she filed against Caruso last month.
Marquez alleges that Guadron served as a spy for Caruso, whom she believes is trying to dig up dirt on her to use in the pending paternity/custody suit between them. Marquez apparently asked Guadron to sign a confidentiality agreement a few months ago and then fired her when Guadron refused to sign the agreement.
Marquez is represented by media-loving attorney Debra Opri (who is currently locked in a legal battle with her former client, Larry Birkhead – Anna Nicole Smith’s baby daddy).
