A Brooklyn Supreme Court Judge dismissed a civil lawsuit against rapper Foxy Brown last month. The suit, filed in May 2008, stemmed from a 2007 incident in which Brown (née Inga Marchand) threw her Blackberry at neighbor Arlene Raymond. Raymond suffered a chipped tooth and bruised eye.
Brown pleaded guilty last May to criminal charges related to the incident. That same day, Raymond filed her civil suit. Brown was apparently never served with the legal paperwork though. No valid service means no lawsuit.
