spago_puckA patron at celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck’s flagship restaurant Spago has sued over an alleged incident in the bathroom there in 2007. Marjorie Linden claims that the bathroom floor was covered in standing pools of urine and feces and that the only functional toilet had no locking door.

In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles, Linden claims she had to use one of her hands to hold the door closed while she used the toilet. She claims that, while she was still on the commode, another woman pulled the door open which caused Linden to fall face first to the floor. Ew.

Linden claims that she broke her back and injured her knee in the fall – and also suffered serious mental damage. Oh, I’m sure.

Spago’s mouthpieces dispute that the bathroom was in poor (or disgusting) working order.
