Zach Randolph got arrested for DUI a few weeks ago. He only got charged with a single count of misdemeanor reckless driving. No DUI.
As you may recall, Randolph was pulled over on the 405 in Los Angeles at 2:30am because his Rolls was weaving in and out of the lane. He smelled like booze and failed some field sobriety tests.
Randolph hired criminal lawyer to the stars Blair Berk and – voila – not DUI charge. Methinks a plea deal is in the works.
