Henry Ian Cusick, who plays Desmond on the show “Lost,” is being sued for sexual harassment. Chelsea Stone filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Stone claims that she worked on “Lost” as a production employee in 2007. She claims that Cusick placed his hand on her buttocks and caressed her while making moaning sounds in addition to placing his face on her breasts and then moving his face from side to side before squeezing her breasts with his hands.
According to the lawsuit, Stone filed complaints with her superiors and was terminated 12 days later. The lawsuit also names ABC and Grass Skirt Productions as defendants to her wrongful termination claims.
Stone is suing for loss of earning plus injuries, as well as damages for physical sickness and stress.
I want to be a bit picky here and point out that Radar Online says that Stone is “pressing charges” against the defendants in this suit. She is not. “Charges” generally references “criminal charges” and this lawsuit is a civil suit for money damages. “Charges” are prosecuted by district attorneys representing the government and not by civil litigators. I don’t think Radar is confused, just sloppy.
